DOMESTIC SHIPPING

The total time from order to shipment of item(s) can take up to 5-7 days. This is due to payment processing timeline. It can take up to 3 business days for your payment to be released to us.

Free shipping is valid on orders to one contiguous US address that totals $90 or more after any discounts or promotions. All other contiguous US orders under $90 have a flat rate shipping cost of $7 per delivery.

Customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to re-ship an order due to incorrect address entry.

All orders are shipped from Sacramento, CA via UPS or USPS.

SUMMER SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Candles are temperature sensitive and can be damaged during extreme summer heat. In order to ensure your order is free of damage, temperature sensitive candles will only ship Monday - Tuesday - and Wednesday. This is required to ensure orders are not sitting in non-climate control facilities during shipping.
